Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high order volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping (India): 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number (if applicable). Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the courier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at renerotrading@proton.me with your order details and photos of the damaged item so we can assist you.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
